Who Is TabTrade - Launched March 2026, Here Is the Deal

TabTrade - What It Is

TabTrade went live in March 2026. Online broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, regulated by Saint Lucia's FSRA. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, the New Zealand-regulated broker.

That last detail matters. It means the person running this has actually done this before. That is not a guarantee. Still better than a founder with no industry background.

They launched with execution through Equinix servers. Same facilities institutional desks use. The typical new launch starts with a white-label MT4 setup. TabTrade led with infrastructure. Not the typical playbook.

The instrument list: forex, stock indices, metals, commodities, stock CFDs, crypto, ETFs. A wide spread. For a platform that launched in March 2026, the breadth is solid.

The Software

They offer: MT5, cTrader by Spotware, and a WebTrader. Both platforms from one account. Many commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Having both makes a difference. Use whichever you prefer.

MetaTrader 5 is the industry standard. Complete charts, EAs, huge user base. If you have used a MetaQuotes platform before, it is familiar territory.

cTrader by Spotware is the more modern one. Cleaner order book. More responsive charts. cBot support. Plenty of traders find it more natural after comparing.

FIX API is available for bots but requires the VIP account ($25,000 to open). TradingView charting is reportedly in the works. That will make the platform set once it is live.

Accounts and Pricing

Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. 1.0 pip spreads. Commission-free. Easy to track. $0 to start. Good for people who want simple pricing.

Edge account. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. What you actually pay: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On liquid pairs, the actual interbank spread is frequently below 0.2 pips. So your actual cost per trade can be under half a pip. That is cheap for an offshore broker. Most platforms that run raw pricing at this level ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. This broker requires zero deposit.

VIP account. $25k to open. FIX API, faster fills, custom pricing. Not for most retail traders. Ignore this one unless you run serious volume.

Infrastructure

The speed is the area where TabTrade actually does something different. Equinix LD4/LD5. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. That is institutional numbers. Most retail brokers run hundreds of milliseconds.

Should you care? If you trade small timeframes, it does. The difference between fast execution and sluggish execution is catching the move or missing it. If you hold positions longer, it matters less. But the fact that the infrastructure is there. That signals what kind of broker this is.

Pair those fill times with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and what you get is strong. Few brokers at this price point offer execution like this.

The FSRA Question

Here is the part that matters. The broker is licensed by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is offshore. No CySEC. No government-backed safety net. If that is a dealbreaker, stop reading. Lots of tier-1 alternatives out there.

However. The person running it built his career at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The server placement is not cheap. Scam brokers do not invest in Equinix connectivity. This does not make it safe. It should factor into your decision.

The trade-off: no FCA or ASIC safety net. What you get instead: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether this deal works depends on you.

The Bonus

TabTrade offers a welcome bonus of up to $2,000. Typical deposit match. You put money in, the broker top up your balance. Standard terms apply: turnover conditions before you can withdraw the bonus. Check the terms before you deposit.
